Il comma 5 ter dell’art. 40 del D.L. 31 maggio 2021 n.77 convertito in L. 29 luglio 2021 n.108 ha introdotto il nuovo comma 831 bis all’art. 1 della L. 27 dicembre 2019 n. 160.
